Airtel has launched new Fulltalk time offers at Rs.200, Rs. 300, Rs. 500 and Rs. 1000. These packs were already available on online Easy Recharge since the launch, but now these packs come with Fulltalk time without any validity. The previous fulltalk time packs of Rs. 333 and Rs. 444 is also available.

HTC One X and One V avilable for pre-order at Rs. 37899 and Rs.18299

The HTC One X and the HTC One V in the HTC One series is now available for pre-order in India from online retailer Flipkart. The HTC One X comes with 4.7-inch Super LCD HD display , 1.5 GHz Nvidia Tegra 3 Quad-Core processor, 8MP camera with Full HD (1080p) video recording and 1.3 megapixel front-facing camera, NFC .

The HTC One V comes with 3.7-inch display and is powered by 1 GHz processor. It has 5mp camera with auto focus, smart LED flash, and BSI sensor and 720p HD video recording.

Both the phones run on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) Operating System with HTC Sense 4 UI and has Beats audio integration. Both has 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0 and aGPS.

BSNL Extends 3G Data Plans at Discounted Price Offer For 1 Month

      India’s National Telecom Backbone and Pan India 3G mobile service provider Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) today announced the extension of its promotional offer of 3G Data Plans at discounted rates for 1 months.

Now BSNL 3G subscriber (Prepaid and Postpaid) using 5000 MB, 10,000 MB and 15000 MB plans can enjoy discounted price up to 40% for another period of 30 days i.e.up to 30 April 2012. Earlier the 3G Data benefit offer was valid till 31st March 2012.

on 6th September last year, BSNL has revised its 3G Data offerings and announced the new increased price of certain Prepaid STVs and Postpaid Fixed Monthly Charge (FMC).

                 We might be using multiple web browsers on Windows and all the browsers have the browsing history unless you are using private mode. Each browser has its own way to fetch the browsing history and it can be tedious to search or export them.

Nokia Lumia 800 software update avilable, brings improved battery life

                   Nokia has started rolling out a new Software update version 1600.2487.8107.12070 for Lumia 800, that brings improvements in battery performance, especially in 3G Talk Time as well as in predictive usage time, standby time, WiFi browsing time and music playback time. We reported the update earlier this month.

This update includes

• Enhanced battery standby and talk-time performance
• Improved bass in audio performance
• The back, start, and search keys are lit according to screen brightness settings
• Fix to prevent rebooting in certain network conditions
• Fix for call hang up issues in certain markets

This update would be available over the course of the next 4 weeks starting 28th March from Belgium, Portugal & some other countries, and gradually rolled out to other countries on 4, 11 and 18 April.

Nokia Lumia 610 - WiFi hotspot functionality

              The most affordable Windows Phone from Nokia will ship with the Wi-Fi hotspot functionality on-board. The other Windows Phones from Nokia such as the Lumia 710 and 800 do not have this functionality at this time and are expected to arrive as a software update at a later date. The product page for The Lumia 610 lists Internet sharing as one of the features.

You can use the device as a WiFi hotspot for up to devices. I have seen this feature on the HTC Radar but little is known as to why Nokia left it out in the previous devices. Would you like to have this feature on your smartphone ?

Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 – 7 inch Tablet running Android 4.0

              Samsung has announced the Galaxy Tab 2 310 which is a 7 inch Android Tablet running on Android 4.0 ICS.It support HSPA+ networks upto 21Mbps on the 3G version and is powered by a 1 GHz Dual Core CPU and sports a 7 inch screen with a resolution of 1024×600 pixels.

There is a 3MP Camera on the rear and a VGA front facing camera.It barely weighs 345 grams and is about 10.5mm thick. One interesting feature worth mentioning is that it supports voice calling.

Micromax New Tablet running Android ICS

             Micromax Booklet running Android ICS has surfaced in online store, Homeshop18 priced at Rs. 7,999. This tablet has 7-inch capacitive multi-touch display and runs on Android Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0.3.

According to Homeshop18 it would have 0.3MP front facing camera, 512MB RAM, 4GB Internal memory, Wi-Fi, microSD card support, 3G (via USB Dongle) and A10 processor. The image indicates that the tablet would come with USB OTG and HDMI support.

The tablet is out of stock, with no expected release date on the site but we are hoping something official soon. Hope we can see some high-end tablets from Micromax soon.
