Huawei has officially launched the Honor and Ideos X5 Pro in India. The Honor went on sale earlier this month online and packs in 4-inch ( 854 x 480 pixels) LCD capacitive touchscreen display, 1.4GHz processor, 8 MP AF camera with 720p HD video recording at 30 fps, 0.3MP front facing camera. The Ideos X5 Pro (also called new Ideos X5) is the successor of Ideos X5 that was launched last June. It has 3.8-inch (800×480 pixels) TFT LCD capacitive touchscreen display and is powered by 1GHz processor. It has 5mp camera with Flash and 720p HD Video recording. Both phone run on on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread).
Other features include, 512MB RAM, 4GB eMMC, 1.5GB User Memory and expandable memory up to 32GB with Micro SD. The connectivity features include, 3G 14 Mbps HSDPA; 5.76 Mbps HSUPA, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP, Micro USB 2.0 and aGPS.
The Ideos X5 Pro has SRS WOW HD Audio Effect. It comes with 16GB Cloud space to store images, music, books etc and 1500mAh Battery. The Huawei Honor is upgradable to 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) and comes with 1900mAh battery.
The Huawei Honor and the Ideos X5 Pro are priced at an MRP of Rs. 22,999 and Rs. 15,499 respectively, while the MOP (Best Buy) will be Rs. 19,990 and Rs. 13,800.
These phones would be available from India’s leading retailers like Reliance Digital, Croma, online channels including Flipkart, Tradus, Letsbuy and in multi brand outlets across India.
